We’re building the missing infrastructure behind success: confidence. 30in30 is a national initiative to equip 30,000 students in just 30 days with the mindset, language, and tools to lead. Through high-impact workshops, a 12-part book series, and confidence data dashboards, we’re creating a scalable system that embeds confidence-building into classrooms—just like math or reading. By decentralizing access to confidence education, especially in under-resourced communities, we’re shifting confidence from a privilege to a right. This isn’t just a program—it’s a new foundation for achievement.
Our goal is to transform how youth view themselves and what they believe is possible by integrating confidence education into school systems. We aim to reach 30,000 students in 30 days, using a national tour model that brings confidence assemblies, curriculum kits, and data tools directly to schools. We will activate student leaders, train educators, and implement real-time progress tracking ultimately leading to the development to our EdTech platform so that this impact can stick. Our model centers confidence as critical infrastructure for success—designed to be measurable, repeatable, and scalable beyond this pilot phase.
Funds will directly support program delivery, including:
Travel to impact students across 15 different cities in 30 days
Printing and distribution of 12-part confidence-building book series
Educator training and school onboarding
Real-time confidence dashboards to track student growth
Data collection and impact reporting
Staffing, logistics, and tech platform operations
Every dollar expands access to this system-changing work, turning underfunded schools into hubs for confidence-driven achievement.

If this project fails, students—especially in under-resourced schools—will continue to lack access to the psychological foundation behind success. Confidence will remain an unspoken privilege, rather than a taught skill. The consequence? Another generation of talent left behind, not for lack of ability, but for lack of belief. However, our agile team, lean delivery model, and proven traction mitigate this risk. The true risk lies in underfunding our potential, not in its possibility.
We haven’t raised institutional funding to date—everything has been built from the ground up through grassroots momentum, community partnerships, and in-kind contributions. This intentional approach allowed us to validate the impact of our work while building deep trust with schools and students. Now, with proven outcomes and national demand, we’re at an inflection point where funding is critical to scale, formalize our infrastructure, and to launch 30in30.
