Project summary
We will create 10 creative, collaborative, gas-less, on-chain milestone-reporting campaigns to support 10 public good projects (see list below) engage with more web2 users into web3. Participants will help shape storytelling and milestones, earning USDC rewards, fostering community growth, trust, and long-term advocacy.
The project has these characteristics:

100% of the funds will be used to create creative collaborative milestone-reporting campaigns to promote those public good projects.
50% of those resources will be used to reward the community for collaborating, voting and amplifying their campaigns.

What are this project's goals? How will you achieve them?
The community will frictionlessly (on-chain and gas-less) help the project with shaping their storytelling, milestone-reporting, and amplifying their mission. They will receive economic prizes (in USDC), providing a significant incentive for participation. As the campaign progresses, we will cultivate a highly engaged and invested community, excited about each project's mission, milestones, and eager to become long-term advocates and contributors.
This project will create a growth flywheel for every project. It will build more trust and accountability to each project, increase their support and funding, and at the same time it will help onboard more people to web3.

We selected these projects because they have very valuable social or environmental impact, and they have very good on-chain impact reporting on KarmaGAP.

CREATIVE SCROLLABLE STORYTELLING:
In today's world where attention is fiercely contested, compelling storytelling is crucial. We have created a very innovative scrollable storytelling technique to ensure that newly onboarded people will understand the project's mission and milestones, and also will be very engaged and interested in participating further.
GAMIFIED ONBOARDING AND SENSEMAKING:
We will build strong communities for public good projects using a gamified collaborative experience.
The community will frictionlessly (on-chain and gas-less) help the project with research, milestone-reporting, voting, and amplifying their mission.
They will receive economic prizes (in USDC), providing a significant incentive for participation.
As the campaign progresses, we will cultivate a highly engaged and invested community, excited about each project's mission, milestones, and eager to become long-term advocates and contributors.
COLLABORATIVE ON-CHAIN MILESTONE-REPORTING:
The long-term success of web3 public good funding is to create accountability and trust. We will be asking the projects to publish their milestones on-chain (KarmaGap, Hypercerts, EAS, etc.) and we will use these to create our research and storytelling campaigns. This will bring accountability and trust to the projects, which will translate to more funding in the future. All the research, campaigns and storytelling materials will be published using a Creative Commons License (CC BY-SA 4.0).
FRICTIONLESS WEB3 ONBOARDING:
Web3 is an amazing tool for transparency and decentralization, but newcomers have been reluctant to join due to the complexity of the onboarding process. We want to change that. Our web app provides users with an embedded smart wallet (keychain only, no passwords, seed phrases, etc.), and every transaction is sponsored, so they don't have to purchase any eth or anything to move funds or vote. This allows users to experience Web3 without any risks or hurdles.
How will this funding be used?
100% of the funds will be used to create creative collaborative milestone-reporting campaigns to promote those public good projects.
50% of those resources will be used to reward the community for collaborating, voting and amplifying their campaigns.

-We have built this first phase of the dapp with only 3k usd from Gitcoin Grants.
-We have received very good feedback about our UX and our storytelling technique
-We have successfully managed to create a frictionless platform (embedded wallet, keychain signature, sponsored gas) to onboard web2 people
-We just got a second grant from Oasis Onchain / Thank Arb for 2.5k usd. We are about to receive and start using those funds.
-We have what is needed to make the project a solid reality, but we need more funding to keep our momentum.
We are extremely passionate about:
-Web3: We want to introduce this technology to more people (because it's transparency and decentralized nature).
-Public Goods projects: These projects are crucial to have a more fair and sustainable future, but they often lack the resources to onboard and grow their communities.
What are the most likely causes and outcomes if this project fails?
This project can fail if we are not successful in getting people to join the projects, understand their mission, engage with the on-chain voting, etc… We will put extra effort on communicating everything clearly so they maintain interest.
